This vibrant colour palette has been on my mind for the past few weeks. Almost every night, just before I fall asleep, I see images of colours, designs and ideas in my mind. Some are quickly forgotten, some I make a mental note to try remember in the morning, some I love so much that I make an effort to get up and sketch or write them down and some just keep coming back over and over again, until I find a way to utilise them.
The orange,Turquoise and white combination has been one of those that keeps coming back. At first I didn't know what to make of it, but as the days went by, I kept stumbling upon these colours everywhere and knew that I had to put them all together to get the full impact of this colour crush!

oohh Beth, would love to see images of that decor when you've done it!
I'm also loving these colours right now and constantly looking for ways to use them :)

This makes me want to paint my room.
I should get some orange bedding and paint my wall turquoise, or maybe turquoise bedding and orange wall?

Hmmm... good question!
The orange sofa with pale blue/turquoise walls seems to work well in the photo.
I generally believe that the bedroom should be a place of calm and relaxation, so orange walls can be a bit too hectic in that respect.
Bed linens are cheaper and easier to replace so probably better to have orange bedding that you can change when you want something calmer.
Here's another version to consider:

For a less committed option, you can always hang a colourful fabric or rug on your wall to help you decide weather that colour works for you!
