This year's British summer has been, so far, pretty incredible! I mean, first of all, our BBQ has been working overtime in the last few weeks; and second, despite the fact that I planted pretty late in the season, my fruit and veg produce has been really impressive.
But today has been much cooler and a lot greyer, and although I personally welcome this break from the brightness and heat (I don't cope well in those conditions- that's why I chose to live in London) I am pretty sure that most people miss it already. How's your summer break going?
Mine is pretty relaxed, which is why I find more time to post. But come term-time, you know I'm gonna fall of the edge of the blogsphere again, into the black-hole of academic duties... :) xxx
